No commitment. We reply within one business day.

Paying & paperwork

Invoiced properly.

Pay per order by bank transfer against our invoice, or by card through a secure Shopify invoice link we email you. Companies that order regularly can apply for a company account with one monthly invoice, subject to approval.

Every order comes with a sales-tax invoice in your company's name, with your NTN / STRN. Add your PO number in the brief and we'll print it on the invoice.

Questions companies ask.

What's the minimum order?

10 boxes for corporate orders. A note card from 1 box, ribbon and logo inserts from 10, sleeves from 25, stamped chocolates from 50 and a bespoke box from 200. For fewer than 10 gifts, order any piece straight from the collections above.

How much notice do you need?

Ready-to-brand collections go out in 2 to 5 working days. For orders above 50 boxes we recommend two weeks; a bespoke box needs about three. Meetings: order by 4:00 PM the day before, and 24 hours for more than 50 guests. Short on time? WhatsApp us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Can you deliver to every recipient?

Yes. To your office for distribution, or to each address on your list, with a delivery photo for every one. After you send your brief, email the list (name, mobile, address, date — Excel or CSV is fine) to Coco9cafe@gmail.com.

Can we see it before we commit?

Every proposal includes a mock-up in your colours. For larger orders we can prepare a finished sample for approval before production.

How does pricing work?

The price shown on each piece is per box. From 50 boxes, volume pricing applies, and branding is priced per box. The guide price in the brief builder is an estimate; your proposal gives one fixed price per box, including branding, before delivery and sales tax.

Do you provide tax invoices?

Yes. Every order comes with a sales-tax invoice in your company's name and NTN / STRN. Add your PO number in the brief and we'll include it.

How do we pay? Can we pay on account?

Pay per order by bank transfer, or by card through a secure Shopify invoice link we email you. Companies that order regularly can apply for a company account with one monthly invoice, subject to approval.

Is there a company portal or login?

Not a self-serve login. Company accounts are run by a named account manager by email and WhatsApp: saved orders you can repeat with one message, approvals, your address book and branding on file, and one monthly invoice. It does everything a portal would — with a person behind it.

Can you look after our employee birthdays every month?

Yes. Email your employee list once (name, department, office, birthday). We send back the schedule to approve, deliver every gift on the day with a printed card, and invoice monthly — only for gifts delivered. Weekend birthdays move to the Friday before or Monday after, your choice.

Can we reorder something we had before?

Yes. We keep your past orders and branding on file — message us “repeat” with the new date and we confirm it back in writing.

Can someone approve orders before they go ahead?

Yes. Tell us who signs off. We send them the quote or invoice, and nothing is baked until they approve in writing.

Do you deliver outside Karachi?

Tell us the cities in your brief and we'll confirm which pieces travel well and how they get there.

Can you work around dietary needs?

Tell us in your brief and we'll confirm which pieces suit, or suggest alternatives in your proposal.
