Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver across Karachi, seven days a week. You can also collect your order from either of our boutiques — Clifton (Punjab Colony) or Bukhari (DHA Phase 6). Choose delivery or store pickup at checkout.
Same-day delivery
Ready-made pieces ordered before 11:00 PM can be delivered the same day, until midnight. Within DHA and Clifton, same-day orders typically arrive within about an hour. Same-day delivery depends on what is in stock when you order; if an item is not available we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a later delivery slot, or a full refund.
Scheduled delivery and time slots
In your basket, choose a delivery date and one of three time slots: 12PM–4PM, 4PM–8PM or 8PM–12AM. Slots that have already passed for today are not offered. Delivery slots are our best estimate, not a guarantee.
Made-to-order items
Custom cakes need at least 2 days' notice, and wedding and tiered cakes at least 5 days' notice. Your basket only offers dates we can meet for everything in your order. Corporate and bulk orders may need a longer lead time, confirmed in your quotation.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged by area, and by whether your order can travel by bike or needs a car. Some larger cakes and fragile pieces need a car; most orders travel by bike. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free delivery
Orders over Rs 10,000 delivered by bike within DHA and Clifton are delivered free. Orders that need a car are not included.
On the day
Please give a complete, accurate address and a phone number that will be answered, and make sure someone can receive the order in your chosen slot. If a delivery fails for reasons within your control, the order is treated as delivered. Refrigerate cakes, cheesecakes, mousses and cream-based items as soon as they arrive, and keep chocolates and macarons cool and dry.
