    Pick a design from the gallery, build a brief with the designer above, or simply message us on WhatsApp with photos.

  2. 02 · Sketch & quote

    We sketch

    Within the day you receive a sketch, the final quote and your confirmed date — on WhatsApp.

  3. 03 · Confirm

    You approve

    Sign off the sketch. Wedding and tiered cakes are confirmed with a 50% deposit; we then lock in flavours, colours and finishes.

  4. 04 · Baked & delivered

    We bake & deliver

    Baked to order, finished by hand, boxed and driven to your door across Karachi — by car, so it arrives as we made it.

Order at least 2 days before your date. Order on Monday, enjoy it on Wednesday.

Wedding & tiered cakes

Two or more tiers (usually 25+ servings) need 5 days — structure, supports and sugar work take time.

Slices are party portions (about 1" × 2"). Dessert-sized portions serve roughly a third fewer. Every design's servings are in its name in the gallery.

Triple Chocolate

Rich chocolate sponge, smooth chocolate ganache and chocolate frosting — for serious chocolate lovers.

Dutch Truffle

Moist chocolate cake layered with velvety truffle filling under a glossy ganache.

Chocolate Rainbow

Chocolate sponge wrapped in colourful, creamy rainbow frosting — a favourite for kids.

Delivery

We deliver across Karachi. Cakes that need it travel by car, flat and cool, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout. You can also collect from our boutique.

Care

Keep your cake refrigerated until about 30 minutes before serving. Tiered cakes have internal supports and some decorations aren't edible — please remove toppers, wires and dowels before slicing.

If something's wrong

Message us on WhatsApp the same day with a photo or video and we'll make it right. Custom cakes are made to order, so they're final sale.

Before you order.

How much notice do you need?

Custom cakes need 2 days' notice. Wedding cakes and tiered cakes (two tiers or more, usually 25+ servings) need 5 days. The designer above only lets you pick dates we can meet. Need a cake today? Our daily celebration cakes go out same day.

Can I have a tasting?

For wedding cakes, yes — we sketch the design with you over a tasting. For other cakes, our daily cakes and bento cakes come in the same house flavours and are the easiest way to try them.

Can you print a photo or logo on the cake?

Yes. We print any photo or logo on the cake, edible. Tick “Add an edible photo or logo print” in the designer and send the image on WhatsApp — a clear, high-resolution photo works best. Our picture cakes start from Rs 9,500.

Do you cater for allergies?

Everything is made in a shared kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame and alcohol, so we can't guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering and ask about the specific piece — we'll share everything we know. If an allergy is severe, we advise against ordering.

Where do you deliver, and how?

Across Karachi. Cakes that need it travel by car so they arrive flat and cool; the delivery charge is shown at checkout. Made-to-order cakes are delivered 4 PM–8 PM or 8 PM–12 AM. You can also collect from our boutique — choose “I'll collect” in the designer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Changes to the message, flavour or date can be made up to 24 hours before delivery. Within 24 hours your cake is already in production, so it can't be cancelled or changed.

Do I pay a deposit?

Pay by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Wedding and tiered cakes are confirmed with a deposit once you approve the sketch; we share the amount with your quote.

How are custom cakes priced?

Every design in the gallery shows a “from” price for the servings in its name. Changes to size, tiers, toppers or prints are priced in your quote, which you approve before we bake. The estimate in the designer uses our real gallery prices, so it's a close starting point.

Can I send my own design or inspiration?

Of course. Build your brief above, then send photos, colour references or a screenshot on WhatsApp — 0311 112 6269 — or email Coco9cafe@gmail.com. We'll adapt it into a Coco 9 cake.

How long can the message on the cake be?

Up to 30 characters on the cake — long messages won't fit — plus up to 240 characters on a printed Coco 9 card.
