Ordering & delivery
Do you deliver across Karachi?
Yes — we deliver across the city, seven days a week. Same-day orders arrive in the delivery slot you choose. You can also collect from either boutique — choose delivery or store pickup at checkout.
Is there a cut-off for same-day delivery?
Ready-made pieces ordered before 11:00 PM can be delivered the same day, until midnight. Same-day depends on what's in stock at the time — if something isn't available we'll contact you to arrange a substitute, a later slot or a full refund.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date and time?
Yes. In your basket, choose a date and one of three time slots — 12PM–4PM, 4PM–8PM or 8PM–12AM. Slots that have already passed for today aren't shown. Time slots are our best estimate rather than a guarantee.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your area and whether your order can travel by bike or needs a car (some larger cakes and fragile pieces do). The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over Rs 10,000 delivered by bike within DHA and Clifton are delivered free. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Cakes & personalisation
How do I order a custom or celebration cake?
Custom cakes are made to order and need at least 2 days' notice; wedding and tiered cakes need at least 5 days. Your basket only offers dates we can meet. Start on our Custom Cakes page, or message us on WhatsApp with your design, servings and date.
Can I personalise my cake or gift?
Yes. Write a short message on the cake, add a printed box insert, and include a free printed note or greeting card with any gift.
Do you cater to allergies or dietary needs?
Everything is made in a shared kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame, so we can't guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering and ask about the specific piece — we'll share everything we know. If an allergy is severe, we advise against ordering.
How should I store my order?
Refrigerate cakes, cheesecakes, mousses and anything with cream as soon as they arrive. Keep chocolates and macarons cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.
Gifting, corporate & weddings
Do you offer corporate and bulk gifting?

Do you make wedding and event cakes and dessert tables?

Payment, boutiques & help
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, online bank transfer, and debit or credit card. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and Sindh Sales Tax is shown at checkout.
Where are your boutiques, and what are your hours?
Two boutiques in Karachi: Bukhari (DHA Phase 6), open daily 10am–1am, and Clifton (Khayaban-e-Jami), open daily 10am–10pm. See Locations for maps.
Note our Clifton boutique is closed Mondays; DHA Bukhari is open every day
What if my order arrives damaged or something's wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp the same day with a photo or short video and we'll put it right.
