Do you deliver across Karachi?
Yes — we deliver same-day across the city. Within DHA and Clifton, delivery is typically within about an hour.
Do you have a cut-off for same-day delivery?
No fixed cut-off — we deliver across Karachi throughout the day, seven days a week. Order in the morning or the afternoon and it arrives the same day. For a late-evening order, drop us a WhatsApp and we'll do our best to get it to you tonight.
How do I order a custom or celebration cake?
Custom cakes are made to order — please allow 2 days' notice. Start on our Custom Cakes page, or message us on WhatsApp with your design, servings and date.
Can I personalise my cake or gift?
Yes. You can write a short message on the cake, add a printed box insert, and include a free handwritten note with any gift.
Do you offer corporate and bulk gifting?
Yes — branded chocolate boxes, welcome kits and festive hampers, hand-finished and delivered across Karachi. See our Corporate Gifting page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online debit and credit cards, processed securely at checkout.
Where are your boutiques, and what are your hours?
We have two boutiques in Karachi: Bukhari (DHA Phase 6), open 10am–1am, and Clifton (Punjab Colony), open 10am–10pm.
Do you cater to allergies or dietary needs?
Allergen details are available on request — please ask before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Do you make wedding and event cakes?
